George Nazi

George Nazi

Chief Executive Officer

George Nazi brings a wealth of international executive leadership experience with a career spanning over three decades, he has been instrumental in driving transformative growth and operational excellence within the AI, TMT, and cloud industries.

Before joining SCAI, George served as the Global Vice President of Telecom, Media & Entertainment, and Gaming industries at Google Cloud, where he spearheaded visionary strategies across four regions, developed high-performing teams from the ground-up, and expanded revenue.

Prior to his tenure at Google, George held significant roles at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 professional services company, where he served as Senior Managing Director for the Global Comms & Media Industry. There, George oversaw large professional services organizations. During his tenure, he also devised new solution offerings and developed targeted go-to-market strategies.

George's career also includes senior executive positions at Alcatel-Lucent and British Telecom, where he led large-scale transformation programs, optimized operational efficiency, and managed complex portfolios of products and services.

George holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering where he specialized in AI and Artificial Neural Networks from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma in the USA.

Chief Commercial Officer

An esteemed market growth and digital transformation expert, Mubarak Alwadaani serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of SCAI, where he oversees the development and successful implementation of commercial strategies.

Equipped with a strong financial planning background, Alwadaani assists in widening the scope of market opportunities available to SCAI through building value-added relations with public sector organizations, clients, and other key stakeholders. In line with SCAI’s mission to transform industries through innovative AI-driven solutions, Alwadaani is responsible for identifying possibilities and capitalizing upon these in an effective, pragmatic manner.

Alwadaani joined SCAI from General Electric Digital, where he held the post of Strategy and Sales Director. Previously in his career, he built his industrial acumen through a series of roles at prestigious companies including Saudi Aramco, Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Elm Company.

Mubarak Alwadaani holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from KFUPM Business School in Dhahran.

Abdullah Aljawini

A seasoned corporate executive who has developed multiple corporate growth strategies across a variety of companies in the digital and high-tech industry, Abdullah Aljawini serves as an Advisor for SCAI.

Utilizing vast years of experience in the technology industry, Aljawini contributes to SCAI’s vision of leading the enablement of AI eco-system in the region by identifying and executing potential partnerships and investments opportunities in AI and emerging technologies. Abdullah Aljawini is a technology veteran who supported with establishing leading companies in the region, focusing on business and investment value creation for stakeholders, and localizing technology programs.

Prior to his appointment at SCAI, Aljawini served in executive roles at Business Management Company (BMC) and Future Systems, as well as Advanced Electronics Company, a subsidiary of SAMI.

Abdullah Aljawini holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in systems engineering from King Saud University and attended various leaderships programs.

Fayez El-Far

Chief Technology Officer – Acting Chief Product Officer

Fayez El-Far serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the acting Chief Product Officer of the Saudi Company for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI).

With over two decades of experience in engineering and technology, Fayez is a seasoned technology leader, skilled in diverse sectors such as finance, healthcare, supply chain, and cryptocurrencies.

During his remarkable career, he has held senior positions at renowned global organizations such as Bruce Power, Bridgewater Associates, New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG), and Altana Technologies, where he demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and a commitment to innovation. Notably, he scaled the SaaS delivery team at Altana Technologies (which recently joined the ranks of Unicorn companies) fivefold while maintaining a high-velocity product release cycle. He also led teams that developed advanced applications for top investors at Bridgewater Associates.

In his current role as the CTO and CPO of SCAI, Fayez oversees the technology and product departments, steering them toward clear objectives and actionable strategies in line with SCAI's vision to become a leader in AI, both within Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Fayez El-Far holds bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Arkansas. He also earned a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Ottawa.

Haifa AlSabab brings over two decades of executive leadership experience spanning public and private sectors. She has established a reputation for driving transformative growth, operational excellence, and fostering innovation across diverse industries, including business development, government projects, public investment, and sports ecosystem development.

Before her current role, Haifa played a pivotal part in advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, where she led national initiatives that significantly accelerated sports participation ahead of schedule. Her strategic foresight and ability to build collaborations between public institutions and private sector stakeholders consistently delivered impactful results aligned with national priorities.

Haifa’s career also includes spearheading numerous restructuring and digital transformation initiatives, modernizing organizational processes, and improving operational efficiency across fast-evolving industries. Recognized for her expertise in managing cross-functional teams, she ensures seamless execution of strategic projects in dynamic environments.

Haifa holds an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, City University of London, with a specialization in entrepreneurship, innovation, and artificial intelligence. She is also a Certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
